Currently a postgraduate research student at UNSW Canberra in Australia. Studied Engineering Science at the University of Oxford for my undergraduate degree.

My current work is part a European Space Agency project to develop a plane that can fly from London to Sydney in 3 hours. My role involves testing scaled models of the aircraft in hypersonic wind tunnels to determine stability characteristics. I manufacture the models using a 3D printer and take data using a combination of on-board systems (gyroscopes and accelerometers) and high speed camera footage.

In my free time I volunteer with the AIAA’s ‘Cool Aeronautics’ initiative which aims to get more young people interested in studying STEM subjects at university.
